Since the last newsletter I have attended the three day Association of Lawyers for Children residential course in Bristol. As always, it was a really good event with solicitors working in the field of children law, attending from all over the jurisdiction. The President of the Family Division gave the key note speech, which indicated there will be a lot of reform in the year ahead. All the lawyers left on top of the past year’s case law decisions following the fantastic updates.
