HONORARY PRESIDENT
Sir Gary Hickinbottom
Sir Gary Hickinbottom became Honorary President of SAHCA on 13th November 2009. The Right Honourable Lord Justice Hickinbottom was appointed a Lord Justice of the Court of Appeal in 2017 and therefore, as is customary, was also made a member of the Privy Council.
Will has been a member of the SAHCA committee for around 15 years, and was the previous Chair in 2016-18. He is an experienced Solicitor Advocate specialising in data protection, media, information and privacy law with over 20 years experience as an advocate.
15 years as a "criminal hack" in West London, including a decade as an HCA in crown courts across the UK. Now an advocate in Employment Tribunals.
Neusha is a Solicitor Advocate who was admitted to the roll in March 2019. She predominantly deals with commercial and chancery matters, including breach of contract claims, shareholders disputes and insolvency matters. She also acts for landlords in respect of possession proceedings claims. She has represented clients as an advocate in a number of hearings and prides herself on her ability to provide a holistic service.
Andrew is a criminal advocate with extensive experience in representing defendants in the Crown Court and Court of Appeal charged with serious criminal offences.
